how is the player chemistry exactly related?

this value is the trickiest to figure out. it depends on the position a player takes and on the teammates in his environment. it applies here that if possible nationality, league and club agree.

the following table shows the relationship of links and the positions:

first let's look at the colors in the table. these show how well the player is positioned. red means completely wrong, orange means that this position has little to do with its natural position, yellow indicates a proper relationship with the position, and green indicates the natural positional position.

the following table illustrates all possible combinations:

in the first table the l (left) has to be illuminated: this value measures the intensity of the relationship between the player and his teammates. ingame displays the connections with different colors:

- 3 (strong green connection): same nationality and club

- 2 (green connection): same club, but different nationality, or: same nationality and league, but different clubs.

- 1 (orange connection): same league, but different nationality and club, or: same nationality, but different league.

- 0 (red connection): no match.

depending on how the connections and the position are combined, the maximum value of 10 can already be reached here. in short: just make sure that your players play in their positions and nationality, league and club match as possible, then nothing can go wrong.

manager bonus

if the manager's league or nation matches a player, the player value increases by 1. however, the bonus can not be higher than 1, so the league or nation is all it takes.

loyalty bonus

if you draw a player from a pack or play 10 games with a footballer bought on the transfer market, there is a loyalty bonus on the player chemistry value of 1. this value can not be increased.

overall, player chemistry can theoretically reach 12, but anything over 10 has no greater effect on individual chemistry than the maximum of 10.

what is the relationship between fifa 19 team chemistry and player chemistry?

as noted by ea sports above, team chemistry has only a 25% effect on the actual chemistry effect, and player chemistry has a whopping 75%. so it's more important for a player's ability to pay attention to strong player chemistry (preferably 10) than to bring team chemistry to 100.
